Looks pretty good. The Dock program is called <a href="http://www.stardock.com/products/objectdock/" rel="nofollow">ObjectDock</a>. I tried many FTP clients, both freeware and shareware, and FileZilla is excellent. (SmartFTP has a little better interface, but it's not free.)
