If the article didn't say it was the Army, I would've been sure that this was something cooked up by the Chair Force. Gave me a nasty ROTC flashback right there. The intentions of the program are laudable, I think, but good luck getting anyone (anyone who really needs this kind of advice, at least) to actually agree to attend the thing after seeing that photograph.
