Agoraphilia: Don't Mandate Company-Sponsored Health Care
Agoraphilia (which is a very interesting blog, although I don't remember how I found it) has a good argument on why California Proposition 72, which mandates that medium and large employers provide health insurance to their employees, is a bad idea.
